Family Camping at The Cove
Want to camp in comfort? We have three RV sites located at our group camping location on the banks of the American River. These are great for anyone visiting the Coloma and Lotus areas who would rather camp with more comfort than a tent! bring your own RV and enjoy time with family & friends at The Cove Campground. You can reserve your spot now on the hipcamp website.
Small Group Camping Spot
(Up to 12 people) If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with a few close friends or your family, this option is for you. Tucked in along the South Fork of the American River, this beautiful campsite features picnic benches, a propane fire pit with propane included (fire pits help prevent wildfires), and a prep table for fixing up those tasty fireside meals. Guests also have access to shared bathroom facilities (and yes, there are showers!), volleyball, ping pong, communal benches, a sink and dishwashing station, and a common swimming area along the river.
Class IV Backpacking Trips
A Five Day Adventure Camp - Amazing relationship building time while your group is secluded in God's creation makes this trip our favorite Christian summer camp. We'll spend four days backpacking, canyoneering, and rock climbing in the backcountry of the Sierras of California. Then we'll celebrate on the fifth day with Class IV white water rafting in California on the Middle Fork of the American River. While out in the backcountry, we'll explore God's playground, and challenge ourselves to grow in our Christian faith through quiet times, campfires, climbing, waterslides, and rappelling off a 90ft. cliff. We believe this trip is simply... Unbeatable!

A Two Day Adventure Trip
Do your youth love to explore the outdoors? We highly recommend discovering remote river canyons with us on a 2 days of canyoneering trip. We guarantee that the majestic sights, under water tunnels, caves and local wildlife will take your breath away. Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation. We'll challenge ourselves physically, to grow in our Christian faith and build lasting teamwork skills. Among other things your group will take part in quiet times, campfires, climbing, exploring, and team building. 2 adventures, 5 meals, 2 nights
A Three Day Adventure Trip
Explore the peace, power and beauty of God's outdoor playground on foot and by boat. We'll spend 2 days canyoneering, 1 day of Class III river rafting on the South Fork of the American River. High school groups can upgrade to 1 day class IV California rafting on the Ruck-A-Chuck for an additional $32/person. Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation. We'll challenge ourselves physically, grow in our Christian faith and build lasting Christian community. Among other things your group will take part in quiet times, campfires, climbing, exploring, and rafting.

A Four Day Team Building Adventure Trip
Amazing team building time while your group is immersed in God's creation makes this trip a favorite Christian summer camp. We'll spend four days challenging ourselves through a variety of adventures including 1 day of team building, 2 days of canyoneering, and 1 days of class III rafting. We'll explore God's playground, and challenge ourselves to grow in our Christian faith through quiet times, campfires, climbing, hiking, team building and rafting.

A Three Day Adventure Trip
Three days of adventure: For example, exploring, hiking and enjoying the spray of white water on your face. We'll spend 1 day canyoneering, and 2 days of Class III river rafting on the South Fork of the American River. We will do one day on the upper section and then one day on the lower section. (High School groups can bump their 2nd day of rafting to Class IV California rafting on the Ruck-A-Chuck for just an extra $25/person per day). Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation. Additionally, we'll challenge ourselves physically, grow in our Christian faith and build lasting teamwork. Among other things your group will take part in quiet times, campfires, climbing, exploring, and rafting. 3 adventures, 8 meals, 3 nights

We'll spend four days challenging ourselves through a variety of activities including 1 day canyoneering, 1 day rock climbing, and 2 day of class III rafting on the South Fork of the American River or High School groups can bump it up to Class IV California rafting on the Ruck-A-Chuck for just an extra $25/person per day. During our two days of adventure we'll spend 1 day of outdoor rock climbing and 1 day of canyoneering. Each day on our adventures, we'll be immersed in the outdoors on incredible adventures. Our hope is that every youth will be able to see and know God through the adventures they experience in his creation. We'll challenge ourselves physically, to grow in our Christian faith and build lasting teamwork skills.
