White Water Kayaking Trips
Spend a day rafting Class II white water in inflatable kayaks (Fun-Yaks). Our Christian staff and guides will teach you the basics for our white water kayaking trips before we head down the river to meet the waves face to face as you enter rapids at water level! Work in pairs to navigate your yak for a fun, challenging, and growing experience of a lifetime. The South Fork of the American River in Northern California has a Class II section of whitewater located on the Upper Section of the South Fork which provides white water inflatable kayak trips full of adventurous fun for Church youth groups, families, individuals, or Christian private schools. The section takes about 3 hours to yak down during the summer months.
Family Camping at The Cove
Want to camp in comfort? We have three RV sites located at our group camping location on the banks of the American River. These are great for anyone visiting the Coloma and Lotus areas who would rather camp with more comfort than a tent! bring your own RV and enjoy time with family & friends at The Cove Campground. An Incredible Canyon Hike
Explore one of our astonishing canyons in California and discover adventure within the peace and beauty of God's amazing creation. Students love to hike and swim through these deep canyons to find great adventures and isolated splendor on our canyoneering guided tours. These canyoneering trips are some of our guides absolute favorites! With a significantly lower price tag than a day of white water rafting, many Christian youth pastors initially add in a day or two of canyoneering to their Christian camp to help keep their costs down on the first year. Only to come back with their kids begging for more canyoneering! We offer 5 unique canyoneering trips with varying levels of difficulty. Some canyons crystal clear pools to swim in and others waterfalls and underwater tunnels to explore!
One Day Rock Climbing Adventure
Join us and our experienced guides for a day of rock climbing in the secluded Billy Goat Gorge. First, we will spend time rock climbing, and or rappelling off a cliff. Then, in the afternoon we normally spend our time exploring a beautiful canyon. Our climbing location has multiple routes to give climbers of any experience level a challenge throughout the day. Our Rock Climbing trips are a great way to help your group experience God through challenge, exploration, and bible studies in the outdoors. We offer climbs with a wide variety of challenge, so we can promise an adventure at any skill level with no climbing experience necessary. One Day Rafting Trips
Spend an afternoon with your group whitewater rafting with our one day Splash About trip. Our experienced guides will take your group right from the banks of our campground down a beautiful 9 mile stretch of the South Fork American River. Experience an amazing day of swimming, water fighting, spectacular views, and thrilling Class III rapids. This unique whitewater rafting trip will help to bring your group together using fun, adventurous challenge and a team building perspective.

The South Fork of the American River in Northern California has two, ten mile sections (the Upper-Chili-Bar Run and the Lower-Gorge Run) perfect for one or two days of white water inflatable kayak trips full of adventurous fun for Church youth groups, families, individuals, or Christian private schools. Each section takes about 4 hours to yak down during the summer months. While you can request the Upper or Lower, we are currently not always able to guarantee which section you will experience.
Our Class IV Whitewater Adventure
Experience a day of Class IV rafting in California on a 16 mile section of the Middle Fork of the American River. This full day rafting trip has some extreme whitewater along with plenty of opportunity for group bonding and experiencing God in this isolated, deep river canyon. Perfect for High School church youth groups and College aged Christian fellowships, or families looking for an adventurous rafting experience to add onto their Rock-N-Water Christian Camp experience. Each of our vacation options offer an amazing section of Class IV rapids that also includes calmer sections where our guides can lead quiet time devotions as we continue to grow in our relationship with our loving savior Jesus Christ.
Two Days of Service and Adventure
Together we will adventure through whitewater rapids, and spend a day serving others. We'll spend 1 day of Class III river rafting on the South Fork of the American River, and 1 day of serving others in a community outreach setting. Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation. We'll challenge ourselves physically, to grow in our Christian faith and build lasting teamwork skills. Among other things your group will take part in quiet times, campfires, and rafting.

A Two Day Team Building Adventure Trip
Climb the heights, explore the depths and everything in between. During our two days of adventure we'll spend 1 full day of team building where we will learn and practice how to be a team. On the 2nd day we will explore a remote canyon. 1 day of canyoneering. Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation as we we challenge ourselves individually and cooperatively to do things we didn't think we could. We'll grow in our Christian faith and build lasting skills for working and playing together as a team. A Two Day Team Adventure Trip
Amazing team building time while your group is immersed in God's creation makes this trip an excellent Christian summer camp. We'll spend two days challenging ourselves through adventures including 1 day of team building, and 1 day rock climbing. On the first day, we will go outdoor rock climbing in a gorgeous granite canyon. The first part of the day includes top roping at a few different granite walls. We will have lunch on site, near the Consumnes river. Depending on the river levels, we may be able to go down to the river in the second part of the day. This gorge offers bouldering, exploring, canyoneering and a chance to cool off in the nearby swimming hole. On the second day, we will spend time at our camp and engage in team building activities. Everything from waterfront games to adventure challenges will meet you as your group spends the day learning to work and play together in God's creation.
