Eden is 1 of the best guides I’ve met. She is extremely qualified in customer service, safety, nature knowledge, and even facilitating a positive spiritual & psychological experience.
We did have an incident with 1 of our campers where she got water up her nose while in the river, & because she had no previous experience in any sort of water sport she believed she was endangered, but Eden handle the situation in the best manner possible I can think of. The fact is our friend had no business engaging in a rafting adventure without any swimming experience.
I know everyone else in our group had an excellent time as well, & some of us are even planning on going back in the future.
