We believe we should, "Love the Lord (our) God with all (our) heart, and with all (our) soul, and with all (our) mind," and "The entire law is summed up in one command: Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37, Galatians 5:14. We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal and only Son of God. That He died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice, paying the penalty for all our sins, and then rose from the grave. It is through faith alone in Jesus Christ that we have received the free gift of salvation and eternal life. We are saved by grace, not works, “that no one should boast”. We believe the Bible is accurate, reliable, and the Word of God. (Luke 5:20-24; John 1:1-18; John 3:15-21; John 14:1-15; Ephesians 2; 1 John)

We've tried to spell out who we are and why we think spending time in the outdoors is so valuable. But if you've still got questions, please don't hesitate to contact us we'd love to help.
Who we are
Rock-N-Water is a group of Christians who want to impact young people with the joy of God's Living Word, so they might come to know Jesus and pass on God's love with excitement. We focus our program on biblical principals, and we use the help of nature, friendship, and challenge to develop character.
An enriching adventure for youth ministry leaders.
If you are heavily involved in your church’s youth ministry, this special treat is for you. Don’t miss this whitewater party in God’s creation with fellow youth leaders!
What does it include?
Meet us at Rock-N-Water’s camp on the side of the South Fork of the American River on Thursday night to get settled in and start getting to know your fellow youth pastors and the like (Friday morning arrivals are an option if you live closer). On Friday morning after breakfast we’ll play some fun and games together after breakfast while we explore the unique challenges we face working in youth ministry.
After lunch we’ll jump on the river for an exciting 10 mile Class III white water rafting trip. Upon returning to camp, you’ll enjoy a fabulous dinner followed by a time of worship and devotion as we gather around the campfire.
The next day, after breakfast, we will jump on the river for a second day of river rafting on a different but also very fun section of the river. We’ll have lunch alongside the river before making it back to camp where we will say farewell to our new-found friends.
What is the purpose of this trip?
This is not a joke. There is no catch. First, this trip is a gift for those who consistently give of themselves for the sake of Christ in the lives of youth. You are precious to us. We hope that Rock-N-Water Christian Camps might be used to strengthen your ability and enthusiasm to serve.
Secondly, this trip is an investment. We hope that your time with us will inspire you to take your students into creation more often – and yes, maybe even to Rock-N-Water.
