Meet us at Rock-N-Water’s camp on the river. After lunch with your new friends, we’ll go white water rafting down a 10 mile stretch of the South Fork of the American River. Upon returning to camp, you’ll find an all-you-can-eat dinner followed by a campfire time of worship and Christian leadership encouragement. You’ll spend the night under the stars (or in your tent), and we’ll have a hot breakfast waiting for you in the morning!
This is not a joke. There is no catch. First, this trip is a gift for those who consistently give of themselves for the sake of Christ in the lives of our kids. We hope that Rock-N-Water Christian Camps might be used to strengthen your ability and enthusiasm to serve. Secondly, this trip is an investment. We hope that your time with us will inspire you to take (or send) your students into creation more – maybe even to Rock-N-Water Christian Camps.
Nate Turton has been a teacher for 13 years and has taught every grade from 3rd through 12th. In addition to his time in the classroom, he spent two and a half years serving as a youth pastor, leading his students on missions both near and far (from (London, California to Petite Goave, Haiti). More than anything else, his professional passion rests in making learning accessible to students and teaching to all aspects of the child: spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental. Read more

We believe we should, "Love the Lord (our) God with all (our) heart, and with all (our) soul, and with all (our) mind," and "The entire law is summed up in one command: Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37, Galatians 5:14. We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal and only Son of God. That He died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice, paying the penalty for all our sins, and then rose from the grave. It is through faith alone in Jesus Christ that we have received the free gift of salvation and eternal life. We are saved by grace, not works, “that no one should boast”. We believe the Bible is accurate, reliable, and the Word of God. (Luke 5:20-24; John 1:1-18; John 3:15-21; John 14:1-15; Ephesians 2; 1 John)

Who we are
Rock-N-Water is a group of Christians who want to impact young people with the joy of God's Living Word, so they might come to know Jesus and pass on God's love with excitement. We focus our program on biblical principals, and we use the help of nature, friendship, and challenge to develop character.
