I want to ask you a question. How much does God love you?  Have you ever spent a good amount of time just thinking about how much God loves you? Is God's love for us something we can visualize and see, or is it something too big even for our own imaginations? During the Summer, [...]

By |2023-01-03T14:25:00-08:00February 24th, 2023|Stories from Camp|

“Yahweh, Yahweh, We love to shout Your name, oh Lord” The voices were all being raised in song around the campfire and then suddenly everyone stood up. I could feel it in the air that night, in the song, in the moment, and in everyone's hearts. God was present and God was being worshiped. As [...]

By |2022-03-05T13:05:51-08:00March 11th, 2022|Shared Knowledge|

The sun is shining and the flowers are just starting to... err, wait, they are already blooming.  It seems that spring is already in the air, even if it's technically still considered winter.  The sunshiny weather here in California has me thinking and dreaming about Spring. And whenever I think about Spring, I can't help [...]

Statement of Belief

We believe we should, "Love the Lord (our) God with all (our) heart, and with all (our) soul, and with all (our) mind," and "The entire law is summed up in one command: Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37, Galatians 5:14. We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal and only Son of God. That He died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice, paying the penalty for all our sins, and then rose from the grave. It is through faith alone in Jesus Christ that we have received the free gift of salvation and eternal life. We are saved by grace, not works, “that no one should boast”. We believe the Bible is accurate, reliable, and the Word of God. (Luke 5:20-24; John 1:1-18; John 3:15-21; John 14:1-15; Ephesians 2; 1 John)

Who we are

We are a group of Christians who want to safely lead people into the wonder of God’s creation, challenging them through adventures designed to help them grow personally, relationally, and spiritually.   We focus our program on biblical principles, and we use the help of nature, friendship, and challenge to develop character.
