    Three days of adventure rock climbing, rafting, and serving others.  We'll spend 1 day rock climbing, 1 day of Class III river rafting on the South Fork of the American River, and 1 day of serving others. Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation.  We'll challenge ourselves physically, to grow in our Christian faith and build lasting teamwork skills.  Among other things your group will take part in quiet times, campfires, climbing, exploring, and rafting.

    A Three Day Adventure Trip

    Challenging yourselves to a new adventure each day both individually and as a group.  We'll have 1 day canyoneering through beautiful canyons in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 1 day of Class III river rafting on the South Fork of the American River (or High School groups can bump it up to Class IV California rafting on the Ruck-A-Chuck for just an extra $32/person), and 1 day of serving others in a community outreach setting in the name of the Lord.  Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation, and on the service day, campers will have an opportunity to be the hands of the Church, and to be a witness, showing the community the love of Christ.  We'll challenge ourselves physically, to grow in our Christian faith and build lasting teamwork skills.  Among other things your group will take part in quiet times, campfires, hiking, exploring, and rafting.

    Two days of adventure enjoying the spray of white water, charging through rapids, and a day of serving others in the name of the Lord.  We'll spend 2 days of Class III river rafting on the South Fork of the American River (or High School groups can bump it up to Class IV California rafting on the Ruck-A-Chuck for just an extra $32/person per day), and one day serving other in the community. Each day on our adventures, we'll experience the beauty and strength of God's creation.  We'll challenge ourselves physically, to grow in our Christian faith and build lasting teamwork skills, not only through the service day, but as we enjoy God's creation together.  Among other things your group will take part in quiet times, campfires, exploring, serving, and rafting.

Statement of Belief

We believe we should, "Love the Lord (our) God with all (our) heart, and with all (our) soul, and with all (our) mind," and "The entire law is summed up in one command: Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37, Galatians 5:14. We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal and only Son of God. That He died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice, paying the penalty for all our sins, and then rose from the grave. It is through faith alone in Jesus Christ that we have received the free gift of salvation and eternal life. We are saved by grace, not works, “that no one should boast”. We believe the Bible is accurate, reliable, and the Word of God. (Luke 5:20-24; John 1:1-18; John 3:15-21; John 14:1-15; Ephesians 2; 1 John)

Who we are

Rock-N-Water is a group of Christians who want to impact young people with the joy of God's Living Word, so they might come to know Jesus and pass on God's love with excitement. We focus our program on biblical principals, and we use the help of nature, friendship, and challenge to develop character.
