Spend the day (or two) rafting through Class III whitewater rapids on one of our 10 mile white water rafting adventures! Together, you will paddle as a team, water fight, swim, jump from rocks... in one of God's beautiful river canyons. The South Fork of the American River has two sections (the Upper/Chili-Bar Run and the Lower/Gorge Run) perfect for one or two days of adventurous rafting fun. If you want to keep it dry, don't bring it on the river!


For over 20 years we have been refining our rafting program and staff to make Rock-N-Water the optimum place to take your Christian youth group or school whitewater rafting. Each section takes about 4 hours to raft during the summer months. This gives us time on and off the river for devotionals, team building, leadership training or just some fun and games. At Rock-N-Water every day is intended to be a full day of opportunities for fun, personal growth, and group unity. Our staff are not just whitewater professionals, they are also dedicated Christian youth workers committed to serving your students with days customized for them.


 

Customization

Do you want to add another day or more of adventures to this adventure? Or do you want to extent the length of your trip with some nights of camping? Check out example combinations or just let us know and we can customize a trip to better fit exactly what you are looking for.

 

Prices

  • All prices are per person and based on doing adventures Monday through Friday in the "Summer" from June through October. There is an extra $15 charge for each Saturday or Sunday we do an adventure.
  • Rafting trips in March through May are an extra $8/trip due to uncertain spring time water flow conditions.
  • Rock-N-Water Christian Camps will provide Wet Suits for no additional cost when needed for rafting safety.

When done as a single day trip:
Upper: 8 AM - 6 PM
Lower: 10-11:30 AM - 6 PM

Includes

Lunch, Snacks, Rafting Gear, Qualified Christian Guides, and a short period of devotions, team building, or fun and games as time permits.
