At Rock-N-Water our passion is to impact young people with the joy of God's Living Word, so that they might come to know Jesus and pass on God's love with excitement.
Our staff come to with the purpose of providing superb outdoor Christian youth ministry adventures in California where they can build friendships with youth and help infect them with the love of Jesus Christ. While working towards this goal they often have a great time, grow closer to God, grow as Christians, develop life time friendships, grow muscles, and discover tans. But to them these other things are just a byproduct of their passion to be used by God in the lives of others. If you have a passion to be used by God, along with a passion for adventures in the outdoors, then Rock-N-Water may be a good place for you.

Now accepting 2012 applications for the following areas:
- Office Position - Rock-N-Water is looking for a year round, part time office employee that is excited about being a part of the ministry of Rock-N-Water. We are currently accepting applications and hope to fill this position by mid to late February, 2012. Please follow the link for more information and to learn how to apply.
- Summer Adventure Guide - For those interested in working during the summer as a paid guide.
- Summer Volunteer Program - For those interested in our intensive summer long training program with the hopes of returning in future years as paid staff.
- Living History Guide - For those interested in working during the Spring or Fall as a California living history guide.
- Summer Staff Off Site - For those living in Northern California interested in working as a part time paid guide during the summer.
