Our Christian adventure programs are not just great for students, they are also an ideal platform for enriching leadership teams. Come let us serve your staff on a Rock-N-Water Leadership Retreat and look for God to use the adventures, fellowship and teaching to further develop your team.
You can customize a retreat by choosing your own dates, adventures, and content, or join with other churches to take advantage of the additional fellowship and massive discounts. (See the 3 options on your right.)
Learning
For over 20 years we have taken the training of our own leaders very seriously and are excited about the things God has taught us through His word, our failures, and our staff's successes. We are convinced He has blessed us with insights that can enhance any Christian leader and we are eager to share them. If you come to our multi-church Christian leadership retreat, or ask us to contribute to the leadership teaching on your customized retreat, here are some of the topics we plan on addressing:
Servant Leadership: They will be challenged to consider and discuss what the optimum foundation of Christ-like leadership is: where loving leadership starts and how it unfolds as it matures.
Pride and Humility: A thought provoking discussion on pride and the disconnection it causes from model Christian leadership. We will uncover surprising information as to where pride begins, some of its products, and the solution to escaping its power.
On extended retreats we may have time to discuss additional topics such as: Habits of Caring Communicators, Gaining and Maintaining Trust, The Freedom of Boundaries.
Unity
In addition to leadership teaching and a great time together, we will also focus on helping you build a cohesive leadership team. Whitewater rafting, rock climbing, team challenge and canyon hikes are all great ways for them to bond together.
Our leadership retreats also include the opportunity for some “team time” where you and your staff can meet privately to discuss what applies to your specific ministry.
